There are SO many options for unique gifts that it’s always worth a trip to mosey through. Plus, there is food, beer, lemonade, fudge… and it’s supposed to be in the mid to upper 70’s. What’s not to like?
Make sure to check out Jendala’s booth–she is the artist that created the bones and bells we have hanging on the white fence in the lobby. She missed the spring fair, but will definitely be there this weekend. There will also be several other pet related booths, from homemade pet toys, to a dog bakery, to WoofWear.
The only thing lacking about this street fair is the allowance of your dog–this year they have released a press release that the police might hand out tickets if you are caught walking around the street fair with your dog. Plus, with all the commotion, people, “treats” on the ground, etc. it’s probably better not to have your dog attend with you anyways.
If you’re looking to go to the street fair, however, we will DEFINITELY be open here at Dawg House on Saturday from 9am til 5pm…so bring your dogs along and make a quick stop here, shop til your hearts content, and then pick up your pooch all tired out! Sounds like a plan to me!
